“ Fun, eclectic coffeehouse feel starting with the front windows hand painted for the holidays. Service was friendly and interactive for our first visit. The drip coffee was local and had enough flavor as a black cup without any cream or sugar. The donut holes were quickly enjoyed by the kids. The cinnamon roll donut with cream cheese was a sweet delight. The Dutch Monkey is, well, a must since it is the restaurant's namesake. ”

“ I went super early, pretty close to opening time and it was so serene and quiet inside!! The earlier you go, the more options for flavors you get. I got a dozen of some assorted doughnuts and not a single one was a miss. Staff was friendly. Yes it is pricey for a doughnut, you'll spend $4-5 per donut but it's the perfect little tasty treat. They have some really unique flavors and you can't go wrong with whatever you pick. Highly recommend!! I'll have to try a coffee next time. “ Dutch Monkey is a must of you're in the Cumming area. Get here early if you want the full selection of donuts. They are open until 2 pm unless they sell out before. I had the chocolate peanut butter knot and a Chai latte. I stopped by around 12:30 when it was quieter, and I'm pretty sure I got the last chocolate peanut butter knot. It was delicious! The dough was light and airy. The peanut butter icing was sweet and not overpowering. I would get this again. Even though it was quiet, there was still a steady flow of foot traffic. Many of these customers were ordering the frozen take and bake. I am not a regular and had to look it up. It's a frozen pack of 9 cinnamon rolls that you defrost overnight and bake in the morning. Clearly, this is a popular item. Maybe next time. ”
